You get a shortlist with the reasoning attached, or an honest note saying nobody on the register fits and why. The second answer is more useful than a padded list, and it is the one a marketplace will never give you.

How this works

  • Posting is free. A fee applies only if you ask for an introduction and go on to engage that person, and it is agreed with you in writing first.
  • You see the working. Each name comes with what was verified, the evidence behind it, and what has not been checked. No match percentage.
  • You contract directly. We introduce and step out. We never hold or move money, and we do not determine employment status.
  • Nobody is paying to be on the list. Specialists are never charged a fee, so the ranking cannot be bought.

Choose the disciplines, then say how much each one matters. The weighting is what makes a shortlist a ranking rather than a list, so at least one has to be essential.

Budget and timing

A range is fine and an honest one saves everybody time. Day rate, not annual.
